Preparing for your interview

Taking Public Transit to Minneapolis–St. Paul Global Entry Enrollment Center for your appointment

MSP is well-connected by Metro Transit’s Blue Line light rail, which runs between downtown Minneapolis and the airport. Both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 have stations. Buses and rideshares (Uber, Lyft, taxi) are also widely available throughout the metro area.

Inside the Airport

The Global Entry Enrollment Center is located at Terminal 1 – Lindbergh, Baggage Claim Level, near Carousel 14 and across from Door 6. It's accessible before security and is well-marked with signs.

As of October 07, 2024 . Office hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Closed on Federal Holidays. Terminal 1. From Minneapolis Take I-35W south to I-494 east. Travel east on I-494 to the Highway 5 exit. Terminal 1 is located directly off Highway 5. Follow the highway signs to Terminal 1. The exit will be on the left beyond the Post Road exit. From St. Paul Take I-35E south to the W. 7th Street/MN-5 exit. Turn right onto W. 7th Street/MN-5. Continue traveling west on MN-5. Terminal 1 is located directly off MN-5. Follow highway signs to the Terminal 1 exit. Office is located near Lower-level Baggage claim # 11.

U.S. citizens are required to bring U.S. Passport(s) and driver's license (or proof of residence). If you are a U.S. permanent resident, please bring your passport and U.S. Permanent Resident Card ("green card"). If you are a non-immigrant, please bring your passport(s) and U.S. visa(s). If you are going to be late or miss your appointment, call the enrollment center. If you are solely needing a name change and/or passport updates, we are open from 7am - 9pm Monday - Thursday. Please wait outside the Global Entry Enrollment Center and an officer should be out every 10 minutes. Please do not knock on the door as interviews are in progress.
